I've been going to Sharper Vision on Brown Road in Mesa for the past few years, and I've always had ... Show Morea great experience. The eye doctors are great, especially when it comes to finding the right contact lenses for me. I never feel rushed or pressured into buying anything.
But I wanted to share what happened today. This year, I decided to buy my contacts online because I found them a little cheaper. Almost 10 months later, as I was getting down to my last few boxes, I realized one had the wrong prescription. I called Sharper Vision, explained what happened, and they told me to come in so they could help.
Well, when I got there, we realized I hadn't actually purchased the contacts from them this year! I'd completely forgotten. I felt pretty dumb and apologized for wasting their time.
But the gentleman helping me (I wish I remembered his name!) was so nice about the whole thing. Even though it wasn't their mistake or responsibility, he still gave me two weeks' worth of sample lenses to hold me over while I sorted things out with the online vendor. He also mentioned that they price match, so next time I could just order directly from them.
And I definitely will! I really appreciated how kind and helpful he was, especially when he had every reason to just send me back to the online vendor. It's little things like this that make me want to keep coming back. Just a really good place with really good people.
